We have used Heaps twice now over the last few years for our home moves and recommended to numerous family and friends. They turn up exactly when planned and know exactly what they are doing. Instead of moving days being stressful they make it enjoyable, stress free and memorable for the right reasons! 100% recommend and wouldn't use anybody else.

Just wanted to thank all at Heaps who helped us move, store our belongings and deliver our belongings to our new place, the team were professional, courteous and delivered amazing customer service. We also needed the use of a temporary storage unit for our belongings we didn't want in longer term storage and again the service was first class. Would highly recommend. Kath and Brigid at Heaps were amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful over the phone and were able to accommodate our move-in date with just a week’s notice, which we really appreciated. Heaps also delivered storage box’s, bubble wrap and tape for us prior to the move.Jack and the team were extremely professional on moving day when placing our belongings into storage. They dismantled our furniture and made sure everything was organised with a clear inventory for each storage box.I would highly recommend Heaps to anyone looking for a reliable and professional storage and removal company.

Brilliant service. Our first house move fell through last minute and Brigid rearranged everything for when we finally moved 3 months later. The removals team: Mark, Mark, Jack and Brad were excellent. They handled a tricky move from storage units into a house spread over 4 floors AND worked around tradesmen who were still fitting windows. They were good humoured throughout and looked after our belongings expertly and carefully. Would recommend Heaps wholeheartedly. We're never moving again but if we did, we'd defintely book them!

Hugely grateful to the team at Heaps who stepped in last minute for our house move - we came to them last minute after another company getting booked up. They were also booked up on our completion day, but went to lengths to make it work, picking our furniture up a day early and dropping it off on a Saturday. Mark came really quickly to do the survey, Kath was hugely helpful in keeping us informed and Jack and Shamon were amazing both days - they were polite, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, even with tight staircases and tricky access. We're very grateful for their help!

Heaps Removal provided us with a professional. service. They arrived at the time agreed and was respectful of our home placing protective covering on floors, doors and furniture. Brilliant Service – Highly Recommend! Heaps Removals were absolutely brilliant. They stepped in at the last minute to help my 82-year-old father move, after he was let down by another removals company just a week before his move date. From start to finish, they were kind, considerate, and incredibly professional. Heaps have taken a huge amount of stress out of our house move. From start to finish a really professional job. The staff involved in the move (and in the office) were brilliant, very friendly and managed even the heaviest items with ease. If you’re planning a move I highly recommend you get Heaps on the job, they were amazing.

Heaps did our move a week ago; we were just going around the corner but from a 4 storey house with narrow stairs into a house with steps up to the front door, so not particularly easy at either end. Heaps came back as the cheapest quote, and given they also had amazing reviews we opted to go with them and I'm very glad we did. The movers (Jack, Mark and Graham) were absolutely brilliant on the day and made what is a stressful experience much smoother. The boxes that Heaps provided as part of the quote were also amazing - such good quality and much better than what we had bought online for the rest of our stuff. 100% would recommend them for removals.

If I could give Heaps more than 5 stars I would. They have been absolutely brilliant in every way. They moved me at short notice and did a fantastic job. And then they moved an elderly and unwell friend including carrying out the packing and storing of his items. All this was done seamlessly and with good cheer from a very efficient team at Heaps. I must particularly mention Brigid and Mark who have been so kind and supportive through this process. They knew exactly was was needed, the type of team needed for the job and how to make a very complicated situation much easier for everyone involved. All this was done at a very reasonable price too. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will not be going elsewhere for removal or storage needs ever again. Thank you very much everyone at Heaps.

Always great service, starting when Mr Heap moved us in Yorkshire. Fantastic storage at a great price until we moved to Somerset. When all our belongings were unloaded after 18 months, they were in tip top condition. All the removal staff were first class people. Excellent service throughout, all members of the team were really helpful and made what might have been a really stressful day so much easier than we had anticipated. Good communication from the office at each stage from visiting to quote through to completing the move. Not that I anticipate doing this again, but if we had to, would definitely use Heaps again, and will recommend them to anyone who might ask.

Heaps provided removal with packing, storage for a week or so, followed by delivery to my new house. I found the team to be highly professional and efficient - and nice people too, which is a bonus these days! Moving house is stressful enough so do yourself a favour and work with a firm that does it well!

I am so pleased we booked Heaps for our move from West Yorkshire, Queensbury to Greater Manchester. Jamie, Graham, Jack and Charlie took all the stress away. They emptied our house in less than an hour and a half and even faster unloading. They were polite and efficient. Kath in the office is really helpful. Great communication all the way through. Everyone was very helpful, I’ve lived in the same house for almost 50 yrs and have collected so much ‘stuff’ but those lads packed, boxed and moved everything except the kitchen sink without a single complaint- I’ve never had workmen who refused to stop for tea and biscuits- they were amazing! Would definitely recommend- and although I don’t intend moving again Heaps would be my ‘go to ‘ removal firm !Well done everybody- not forgetting Kath who is alway at the end of the phone to answer any queries!

The guys at Heaps were brilliant throughout all stages of our move. From the speed of the initial quote to their performance on moving day.The team arrived bright and early on moving day and navigated the poor weather expertly. The skills and efficiency of the team had us packed up within and hour and a half.Because we were moving from out of the area the guys were proactive heading to the new location. The sale process was complex and fraught with issues but the professionalism of the team with us at the house and the office helped ease the stress we were already under.I would recommend Heaps for all your removal needs they are the height of professional, efficient, effective and caring about their customer needs.

Great service from start to finish. Kath did her absolute best to accommodate our ever changing completion date, even with less than 24 hours notice. On the day Jack, Jimmy and Curtis did a fantastic professional job of packing up our home in 2 1/2 hours. Thanks also to Mark on bed dismantling. Followed by an equally top job at the other end. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heaps and if we ever move again (highly unlikely!!) we’d use them without a doubt.

Would definitely recommend. Great service. They moved my mum 160 miles, with her piano, harp and the assorted stuff that she's hoarded over a lifetime, all carefully packaged. Not a single item damaged. A happy bunch who worked well as a team and were very professional throughout. Competitive price too.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. The whole team were so easy to deal with - from a professional quote and visit - the whole booking process was really straightforward and Kath was really helpful and friendly. The team turned up on time and were just so professional and friendly it really made the day. They were courteous and cheerful but most importantly they were real experts. Heaps were absolutely brilliant. We moved from Halifax to a remote part of Northumberland. From the initial quote through to unloading, Heaps made the process smooth and straightforward, with sound advice on packing, good humour and real professionalism. We highly recommend Heaps.

Amazing service. Very efficient office staff, and really friendly. The removal chaps were really patient, and professional. A nice bunch and fun to deal with. I hadn't quite prepared for a day early of loading, but I'm so glad that we had it. On the day of moving, it was far less stressful than anticipated. Hi We used Heaps from a recommendation. A friend of mine had used them and remarked how good they was. So I booked these guys without getting any other quotes as she sang their praises so much. They lived upto the expectation my friend had given. Very good quickly got on with the job. Curteous and anything they wasnt sure was being moved they checked with you first. They laid carpet protector down too so as not to damage your carpets etc. We chose the option to have the wardrobes so they packed your clothes hung at home into portable wardrobes. Definitely recommend these guys for removals.

Heaps recently moved my parents up from Buckinghamshire to Halifax including a packing service. I would have no hesitation to recommend Heaps to anyone, we could not have been more pleased with the service provided, right from the contact with Office staff, through to the packing and removal service everyone we spoke to and dealt with were so friendly and kind and went out of their way to help us throughout the move. What can you say a fantastic removal company from start to finish, the lads that removed us from HD to PE22 worked to a very high standard and nothing was to much trouble, they even drove our second car down for us , I also have to say not one breakage, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Heaps Removal and Storage, well done
