Moving with Heaps is something I would highly recommend. My wife and I were considering hiring vans and doing our own move but I can only say if you are thinking about that then please don’t.
Heaps were superb throughout our move from the initial booking to the move which happened in June during Covid and the scramble for people trying to save on the stamp duty.
Mark and his team were prompt, careful and super efficient that the move was totally stress free. They were all so friendly and helpful even when moving awkward items like our piano.
We had a delay in getting the keys so the move started at 7.30am and finished at 7pm. The delay meant a long day for them but they were as helpful at the end of the day as at the start.
I would highly recommend them as they simply made the move effortless for us.

Our previously booked removal company cancelled on us on the day we completed due to heavy snow.
Called Heaps and within minutes they called back with a quote. A bit more expensive than our original company but definitely worth it.
They sent 3 vans and 6 men and got us moved swiftly.
Can’t thank them enough, they enabled us to move at the last minute,on our completion day, even bringing men in from annual leave to make sure we were not homeless.
