Absolutely first class service from start to finish. The whole team were so easy to deal with - from a professional quote and visit - the whole booking process was really straightforward and Kath was really helpful and friendly. The team turned up on time and were just so professional and friendly it really made the day. They were courteous and cheerful but most importantly they were real experts. They made sure all floors were protected and handled everything with real care. Nothing was too much trouble and I really could not recommend them more highly.

Hi We used Heaps from a recommendation. A friend of mine had used them and remarked how good they was. So I booked these guys without getting any other quotes as she sang their praises so much. They lived upto the expectation my friend had given. Very good quickly got on with the job. Curteous and anything they wasnt sure was being moved they checked with you first. They laid carpet protector down too so as not to damage your carpets etc. We chose the option to have the wardrobes so they packed your clothes hung at home into portable wardrobes. Definitely recommend these guys for removals.

Heaps recently moved my parents up from Buckinghamshire to Halifax including a packing service. We moved last Thursday from Halifax to Clayton, not a million miles but it poured all day! Mark and his gang of 3 arrived bang on time and cracked on.Very courtesies and professional, not one moan about the weather. This is second time we have used Heaps and both times they have been outstanding, i would highly recommend to anyone moving near or far. Spoke to Cath in the office a few times and she is a star .

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We used their services over a three day period when moving house from Halifax to the Lakes at the beginning of April. Marc, Jimmy, Aiden, Josh and assuming were prompt, professional, punctual, polite, hard-working and efficient at all times. Nothing was a problem for them and they weren’t fazed by any difficulties the move presented. The lads made what could have been a very stressful and traumatic experience an absolute breeze. Thank you to Heaps and team for the wonderful stress free move. We moved from a stepped terrace in Hebden Bridge (c.42 steps) to a narrow street leading to our drive in Heptonstall and they just made it work without complaining. We also had a packing service and everything was packed very well and no damages or breakages. Our beds and other furniture were disassembled and assembled quickly and very well. The team of 5 were very chatty and in good spirits, and they picked up the packing boxes promptly. Kath in the office was also great at sorting all the logistics out and explaining the breakdown of the quotes. Very experienced team in the quirks of Hebden Bridge and the surroundings, and not a complaint from them. Thanks!

Extremely friendly, helpful, professional and nothing was too much problem. The physical and legal process of moving house is stressful but I can honestly say that the least stressful was the actual move. Heaps removals were fantastic. They came to our house, assessed what was required and gave me a quote the next day. In the months leading up to the move, the ladies in the office let me have as many boxes I needed in advance. We wanted to clean our new home so they stored our furniture over the weekend. They arrived punctually on moving out day and moving in day. They dismantled the bedroom furniture and reassembled it. Mattresses were put into bags as did the couch and chairs. The clothes all went into hanging wardrobes. I have no hesitation in recommending Heaps Removals. Excellent team!!!

Friendly staff who help you out, excellent motorbike storage containers that are packed and moved by the staff who are also bikers and understand how to do it correctly.

I have used Heaps on one or two occasions for small jobs but this was a larger job that they handled with professional aplomb. Everything was handled as if it was their own and the challenging steep narrow stairs proved no obstacle. Even the fridge freezer made it to the top floor undamaged. This company is worth every penny they charge, they moved us 260 miles nothing was any trouble they were courteous and got soaked through to the skin unloading us with out any complaints. They have answers for any problems. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Heaps highly enough. They moved us twice in a year - the first time in deep snow, the second time going back to pick up a large dog kennel in the van after they had worked on the house move all day. Nothing is too much trouble, the guys are calm and professional at all times. The office team are also superb, working with us to accommodate our need to move at short notice. I actually delayed my move so that Heaps could move us, they are that good.

Can't recommend this company highly enough!!! They were absolutely amazing from the start to the end. We were lucky enough to be able to utilise the packing service the day before the move and honestly I would advise anyone to do this, if they can. They arrived when they said they would, starting packing up, all very organised and keeping us informed every step of the way, we literally didn't need to do anything! Then on the removal day had everything all packed up and loaded by 10am! Outstanding!! Mark and all the team (sorry didn't get all the names) worked very hard, were very polite and treated all our belongings with respect. Kath, was also very helpful from the office, as we had to amend dates a few times and we were never made to feel like we were an inconvenience. We have recently moved house with a 4 man team from the moment they arrived they were great well organised and kept us updated and informed through the whole moving put process. We were lucky enough to get our keys early in the day and the move in was just as smooth all of our property was treated with respect and moved with care. I couldn't reccomend this company enough to others the whole day was smooth and easy and how they manage to get some pieces of furniture in is amazing to me. Moving house is supposed to be the most stressful day of your life but having such efficient and friendly movers made the whole day enjoyable.

We contacted several Removal companies when planning for the sale of our house. Very early in the process it became clear that Heaps Removals and storage were ‘very good at what they did’ and we are so pleased that we chose them to provide us with their removals and storage service. Unfortunately we had a snag in the key exchange midday so it meant a long day for Mark and his team .They started at 730 and did not finish until 7pm but we're so helpful and friendly throughout even when moving our piano. Moving during covid and in June has been stressful and we had thought we could hire some vans and move ourselves but we are so glad we used Heaps. Well what can I say, everybody I came into contact with was efficient, friendly and helpful. Poor Kath had to put up with endless calls from me moving the dates but was ever so accommodating. Mark who came to do the quote was helpful and on the day it all went swimmingly, even when we were a little delayed getting the keys. The lads turned up right on time and were helpful, professional and friendly. The price you pay is always a consideration but it’s the service you get that makes you remember a company and how you were treated. What an amazing professional removal company, from the lovely staff in the office, to Mark and his team of lads, who worked hard in severe weather conditions - snow and ice - to get my belongings out of a rural location, down a steep icy track. Amazing set of lads! Our previously booked removal company cancelled on us on the day we completed on our home. A nightmare due to the heavy snow. Called Heaps and within minutes they called me back with a quote and said they could help us. A little more expansive than our previously booked removal firm but definitely worth it for the value. They sent 3 vans and 6 lads to our house within the house and got us moved swiftly. Can’t thank them enough, they enabled us to move, at last minute, on our completion day even taking lads off annual leave just to make sure we were homeless. Would highly recommend!
